      Great personalized service. I only have a car loan with BB&T yet the office manager Jill M. has been giving me top notch service every time I came in and called since November 2019 and during this COVID time in June 2020! I appreciate how she takes the time out to answer my questions and make calls to BB&T on my behalf (with me right there) to get the matters resolved. The greenbelt branch is a small and tucked away treasure for customer service.

      I used Truist when I traded in my certified pre-owned 2015 pathfinder for a brand new 2022 pathfinder 6 months ago at DARCARS Nissan of Rockville. Since than I recently made what I thought was a full payment of the payoff amount that I was quoted by a live representative via telephone, but was bamboozled. After issuing a refinance check of the full balance to Truist, one of the local branches in my area refused my check stating to me that the check could not be caused because both name and Truist was listed on the check. I than took the check to another branch in my area, which the ATM teller cashed with no problem. I'm truly dissatisfied with Truist and I will never finance or refinance with them ever again.

      Terrible place to bank! During the pandemic my paychecks stopped direct depositing so now BB&T is charging me $12.00 a month to have an account. As if the thousands of dollars a year they make off my mortgage wasn’t enough! Tough times and BB&T is stealIng OUR MONEY!!
