      I have been to this bank, Downtown location on 3 or 4 separate occasions over the past few months. Every experience was terrible. (1) Sign on door saying they would be back at 1p and it wasn't until 115p until I was let in lobby. (2) 5 people in office today only 1 teller who had no idea what she was doing....the other folks could see how long I was waiting and did nothing other than "sorry for your wait". This location needs retrained on customer service. I been with SunTrust since before they were SunTrust and after recent experiences I'm not objecting to seeing what else is out there. If you go on your lunch hr. Be prepared... it may take the entire lunch hr. No quick in or out of this location.

      Stood in line for ten minutes. Teller didn't bother to tell me system was down. Only had one teller and a line of customers. Disappointing.
