      It's a shame this branch is not what it used to be. I pulled up to the third lane because no one was waiting. I placed my transaction in the tube and send it in. No one acknowledged me. I sat there for 17 minutes before the tube came back to me with my receipt and someone said thank you have a nice day. I don't mind waiting. However to be the only person at the third lane, this is really inexcusable. But knowing most of the time at this Branch there's only two maybe three tellers. I'm sure they're working as quickly as possible. But it doesn't take but just a second to say hello I'll be right with you. Disappointing experience.
