      The new staff at the Grove City Suntrust is incredibly rude, especially their employee Kimberly. She is unknowledgeable of her job, rude and unwilling to ask others to assist. My father has done business with Suntrust for 30+ years and I’ve have never experienced this unprofessionalism. We will be changing banks.

      Back in 2007 or 2008 this bank ripped me off. They were charging me for services that were free. I signed up for overdraft protection but they argued that I didn't. My late husband was with me at the time and verified this to no avail... They still charged me. I'll never back with them again. They even put charges on my account AFTER it was already closed more than a month. I now do my banking with BB&T.. I can always trust them, they've Never let me down.
