      I have been banking with BBT which is now Truist for close to 10 years. Today I was discriminated against and lied to! I was told that I could not cash a check and that I could only deposit. I asked when did this policy change and the teller could not give me a date . All she said was this has been this way since I started. I called a different location and I was told that this policy is not true and this was at the particular tellers discretion. Unacceptable!! Do not bank here. Truist is a horrible place to do business!
