      Truist is trashiest, good name for them. Since they change to truist, they are screwing accounts and trying to get money for nothing just steal your money. SunTrust used to be good but I guess as Truist, they are big and they don’t care about their customers. Time to move to a different banks and I advise all customers used to be with SunTrust, time to move to a bank that care.

      This location has closed and moved to lakeside across from Bank of America due to the merger I have been here twice already and the atm machine was out of money.

      Terrible customer service. Did not call me back after prtwice. Does not have information concerning they are closed for in person visit, but require appointments. Did not call me back after I requested an appointment.
