      I use this BBT/Truist Lakeside branch for my hotel management company. I work most often with Anthony Bell and I am extraordinarily grateful for the care and professionalism. I have banked with BBT for as long as I’ve owned the company and am impressed by the Truist platform and banking platform. Excellent job done by all here.

      I've been with BB&T and used this branch for over a decade. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service at this location has grown worse and worse. In the last three visits through the drive-thru, it's taken FOREVER. Today, I pull directly up to the window (no one in front of me) and with FOUR people on the other side of the glass, it took 8 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me and a full 10 minutes to make a SIMPLE Deposit. This is ridiculous! I'm considering moving all my personal and business accounts to another bank that seems to care about customer service.
