      friendly staff and always willing to help 9/16 went back today and it was a different experience. Little Miss Jen must have woke up on the wrong side of the bed was very rude in drive-thru

      Been a customer of this Suntrust branch for 9 years. This USED to be the most customer centric branch in the area. Sadly, the legacy employees who made it great have left post merger into Truist, and have been replaced with BB&T resources, who do not embody the Suntrust customer culture. The new resources, including the managers, have a BB&T mindset. The new Truist bank acts like BB&T, where personal bankers hang up on customers, and managers hide behind process. Customer concerns are not heard, and advocacy for the customer no longer exists. I do not recommend Truist to a friend based upon the experiences at this branch.
