      Went in to the bank to open an account, not one person acknowledged that I was even there. I went to go up to a teller (because of how it’s set up) and she just ignored me, she talking to another customer that was being taken care of by a different teller. So I just walked out. Not a way to go business!!

      No integrity! Misrepresented loan terms at Mooresville - Main St. branch and now trying to cover tracks. Won't turn over their errors & omissions insurance policy. Guess I'll have to take legal action. Run! Don't walk from BB&T. Hope SunTrust straightens them out. They're my next call to fix this mess.
