      I accidentally left my phone on the counter and had no clue what I had done with it. After they closed Scott F. the branch manager personally brought my phone to my house! Thank You so much Scott.. This is a testament of how well the customer service is at this location. They're also open when others have been long closed. Great Bank.

      Went in to SunTrust today in a particularly foul mood and was told there was an issue with putting a check into my business account. Moses skillfully talked me off a ledge and ended up helping me to solve multiple issues concerning my banking. He is an excellent representative of SunTrust bank. Give the man a raise.
