  I went have gone into this branch several times and the experiences have been very similar. This specific time one teller was on the phone the entire time, I believe she was with IT. The other teller who assisted us, Kristie Key, was truly doing an amazing job considering the circumstances. She was the only one working. She was assisting us, greeting other clients as they entered, and helping the drive thru. I did notice a gentleman in an office with Branch Leader sign on the outside. He never came out. It seems as the tellers are left to do it all and survive as best they can.

  Stuck out of town, and I can't have money deposited into my account, account constantly locked. Worst bank ever, no branch manager available to help at all. Worst bank ever. I can't tell you how many times I've been stuck out of town with a locked card, no access to my funds, no customer service whatsoever. They truly don't care about their customers at all. Do not open an account with them.

  Recently I was given an inheritance check from the passing of my grandmother. The check was from BB &T where my grandfather has had an account his entire life. My sisters and I were each given a nice sum of money from my grandfather. I went to a BB&T to get my check cashed so I could get some repairs done, and deposit the rest of the sum into my account at my bank. They refused to do so. Even though they are the issuing bank where the account is, my grandfather's name was on the check and they even called to verify with my sister who is on the account with my grandfather. And she told them it was right. I waited over 20 minutes to be told they couldn't help me. That things could not be verified. The whole thing made me feel weird. Like I was a thief, that I was being judged for it. I took my inheritance check to South State (my bank) and they told me they did me wrong. They should have cashed that check for me. It came from their bank. It had my grandfather's signature on it. They called to verify with a person on the account. Let's just say I will NEVER EVER do ANY business of ANY kind with BB&T and I will NEVER reccomend to anyone for anything.
