      The ladies at this branch are always super helpful and friendly. When you enter the branch everyone says "Hi! Welcome to BB&T." Their enthusiasm sets the tone for the entire visit at the bank.

      There was only 1 person ahead of me in line, but it took 30 minutes for the teller to be ready to assist me. (all tellers closed for a short time) While there were other employees sitting at their desks looking at their cell phone. Teller was rude. Will consider taking my banking needs elsewhere.
