Love the female manager and tellers! Soo friendly and do their best to assist you. I was having a problem and the manager helped me get everything straightened out, along with giving me her card to call her if their was any further problems. I love going there. Always a welcoming smile for their members. No long lines.

Yesterday I went into this branch, against my better judgement, to get a new bank card issued to me, because I had my old one was closed due to fraudulent activity. I was told my card would be active in 30 minutes. Later that night I tried to go online and pay for my health insurance and it kept telling me I was putting in the wrong card number. I just got off the phone with customer service and they told me instead of activating my new card, the teller canceled it. Now how on earth do you deactivate or cancel a brand new card? Especially after confirming all the details w2ith me? This is a huge inconvenience for me as I'm set to be traveling for the next 4 days. Now I have to go back to the bank and explain all of this and get another "new" card because there is no way to reverse the closing of this new card.
