      Hello! I met Jas Ruplal at the Upper Darby branch recently and I had to give her praise for the wonderful customer service she administered! From the minute I walked in, Jas had a warm smile and joyous attitude and was quick to help me with everything I needed plus more. She even provided me with resources to navigate Trumark's mobile/online banking upgrade. I've been a Trumark client for a loooooonng time and while every experience has been positive, Jas went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Jas' attitude and treatment towards me was a huge reminder that there is still QUALITY customer service out there.
