      This bank is the worst. I can't close my checking account because of an internal transfer. Transfers between Trustco Accounts require 24-72 hours to settle. The people working are unable to do anything, and hand-write notes on scrap paper for a mysterious manager to do "later". I'm still waiting... 6 weeks later. Now I need to take a half day off on a day when their backwards processes aren't running.

      0 stars. Literally the worst bank ever. 1 teller working on a Friday afternoon rush. Got here early, first in line and then the teller makers excuses as to why she can't help me.
