      I'm not a fan of this bank. After someone stole some money from my credit card, I've received no explanation of what happened. Yes, I got my money back, but. The bank seem to care less about the customers. And the Madison Ave brach could use some updates.

      I have no clue why I keep coming to this location! The service is ALWAYS slow and I only make a deposit. Typically they have 3-5 people behind the teller line in the evening and still move slow. I’ve come on different days. Just to be sure I’m not being extra( although I can be since I’m a former Headteller myself) I’m not sure why 3 people need to huddle around one person but it doesn’t bode well with customers. The only reasons I gave it two stars is because they have ok hours for me: late afternoons and Saturday, they have parking. Also because they have a hometown community board and I like that.
