      They're fine. They're a pretty small bank, so don't expect an online banking experience like BoA's. But the customer service is good, and I got a good deal on a mortgage by staying in the neighborhood.

      I have had my account with them for a very long time. This branch on new Scotland Avenue is especially wonderful. I have only had good experiences there.

      No thx! Had 3 accounts the less than a month! Constantly screwing up deposits.. placing the cash deposits into the wrong accounts. Totally unprofessional! When I went to close the accounts I was toldthe bandagedhad just gone to lunch and nobody else was able to do anything.. "can you hang out for the next hour until he gets back???" Really??? That's insane...gee... wonder why I closed the accounts.. lol.. absolutely not a good place to have any kind of account!!
