  I had to pop into Trustco to get cash for a business that didn't take a credit card. Adam, the friendly indoor teller, made the experience one of the best interactions of the day. People like that don't realize how much they make the world a better place.

  Very disappointed with the Bank manager Vic Berger. I was trying to get a mortgage through the bank. I sent all of the information and 3 weeks, 5 phone calls and 3 emails later NO response. If he didn’t have time to review my information, he should have asked another broker to take it on. I have also let the builder who recommended him know how unprofessional he was.

  Great bank, incredibly helpful staff led by Victor Berger branch manager. They really go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I haven't had such a personalized top quality banking experience since I moved from Boulder, CO over a decade ago. Can't recommend this bank and branch highly enough.
