The staff at this location was wonderful. We unfortunately had to close a few accounts (no fault of this branch) and Badr was so helpful and efficient. If we lived near this branch, I would do all my banking here. Five stars.

The staff at the Trustco Bank in Oviedo has always been friendly and professional. I received wonderful personalized service from Habib when I originally applied for a mortgage refinance about a year ago. He even insisted on fixing me a cup of tea when I had to come in when I was a bit "under the weather." Now I am receiving the same remarkable service from Michael while applying for a "streamline refinance" at the current rate.
