      At first my husband and I were very satisfied with the services we received from Brian. He helped us multiple times with our accounts and even remembered us after a couple months pass here and there. We felt like we were in the cool kids club when we were welcomed by Brian. Then towards the end of us being here we met Hannah, and she went above and beyond with helping us with our needs. We truly appreciated her help and are really satisfied with the services and the contributions she made for us. If you come here, it'll be a bank visit like no other.

      In general I like Trustco Bank very much, but this branch of Trustco Bank is horrible because of the head teller Anita. I've banked at this branch from time to time but avoid it because Anita is unpleasant, incapable and bossy. She has outlasted at least 6 managers at this location, however she is the one that needs to go. Save yourself the aggregation and go to one of the other local branches where the staff is pleasant and capable.
