Transferred my account to TRUSTCO many in 2013 and have not regrets. I love this Branch. I feel welcomed warmly by Presca and Carmen, as well as the tellers, feel a sense of family. Always received very friendly and professional services. I've seen the same service given to other customers in the bank as well as those entering the bank too. I also experienced the same courtesy in the Poughkeepsie, NY Branch. I've had Bank Accounts in other Commercial Banks and believe me, I've never had a personalized experience such as this. I've personally recommended this bank to family & friends. And I never done that before.

Worst banking experience of my life. They will charge overdraft fee's unjustly and will not reimburse you. Small bank that only cares its bottom line. Very disappointed! they have a system that generates overdraft fee's even when funds are available then they don't correct it. Better off with a bigger bank that will always help you when your in a jam.
