Though Trustco Bank is based and HQ'd in NYS, they went through some expansion in early 2000s. Trustco Bank now has 148 branch locations, 53 of which are in the state of Florida with majority of the customers they serve being seniors who live in Florida in the winters and come back to the Northeast in the summer. The Bank is fairly active in the local community and their niche product is the mortgage. My experience at this branch while I made a visit to make my payment was satisfactory with a person greeting me when I walked in and the teller had q smile on her face and was being efficient.

Have had nothing but issues here. Outdated technology and lack of uniform policy throughout the branches has led to multiple problems for myself, my boyfriend, and his mother. Go with a bank that knows what they are doing.

Best bank, the tellers are great and know you by name when you walk in. Manager Herb Klein is stellar, always on top of things and super professional.
