      I have banked with Trustco Bank for years and of all the branch locations that I have visited, this one, by far, has exceeded my expectations. The branch manager has reached out to me on numerous occasions to check in and make sure that my banking needs are being met, even without me asking. She was very informative and professional. The entire staff have always been friendly and cordial, with prompt service.
