      Janelle, Mei, Courtney, Julia, and Kevin all make my experience perfect everytime I visit. This location is extremely convenient for me and they're always super fast im in and out with my change and deposits twice a week. Couldn't ask for better customer service they know you by name and always have a good conversation for you. Love coming to this bank and would recommend it to anyone looking to join.

      terrible mortgage lending experience. wasn’t until i was sitting at the closing table i learned the agent had made an error that cost me thousands and also had given me advice the lawyer and realtor were shocked to hear in the moment because it was illegal. agent refused to take accountability, just sat there staring and not saying anything. when i called after closing to review the error, alert management, and ask for redress i was told there was no way to even register a specific complaint because the error that was made (a concession on the sale) was something Trustco had a policy to never do (yet they did). years later and i still haven’t been offered as little as an apology.

      Teller name Janelle... Go learn customer service. Worst experience I've ever had. Go work at Walmart. That's your place not a bank if you don't know how to provide customer service.
