      This review is long overdue! We came to Trustco as first time home buyers. Arcenet, the bank manager is amazing. She guided us through the entire mortgage process and was always there when we had a question. She even took the time to attend our closing. Trustco had the best mortgage rate, offered no PMI, and is one of the only banks who don’t resell their mortgages. We had a great experience and would recommend Trustco!

      All seemed well at first. I needed some extra cash for home repairs, so I took out a small home equity loan. Then as mortgage rates began to fall, I wanted to refi my mortgage. Trustco would not resubordinate the home equity loan so I could do so.. This ended up costing me thousands of dollars in the long run..

      If I could give this branch zero stars I would the only time the workers have been nice to me and my husband were when we were opening the account the bank itself is a good bank but every single branch my husband I’ve ever been into the workers have no customer service skills are extremely rude and disrespectful word of advice if you want to keep your customers learn how to talk to them with some respect and stop talking over them
