  Favorite Credit Union. They refund all 3rd party ATM fees to you at the end of each month. They treat you professionally, and they handle disputes quickly. Also, in my experience, they are more than happy to help out with fees, surcharges, or NSFs if you just simply ask them to return the money. Five stars.

  Honestly, the service is excellent. Everyone wants to help and are super friendly. Their online banking system works well and I really haven't had any problems depositing or receiving my money. That said, there is a reason that I use credit unions and most importantly is that they work really well with other credit unions. TwinStar Credit union is only a credit union by name. They were the first to get rid of branch sharing in Grays Harbor which basically caused everyone else to follow suit. Furthermore, I recently was charged $2.50 to use their ATM with a card from a different credit union. Free atms at any credit union is a cornerstone of credit union banking. The whole point behind credit unions is to have a banking system that works no matter where you go and where else you have an account. I am officially closing my business account there as of this month, not because of any problems with staff or bad experiences, rather I prefer to do business with actual credit unions. If all you want is good customer service, 5 starts.
