I've been banking with twinstar for a very long time. And for the most part I've been incredibly happy with them as a bank. Until today. I ordered something on door dash today not realizing that I didn't have enough money in my account to cover it. I called the door dash driver and asked her to refund my order. She was awesome and took care of it right away. Twinstar on the other hand, disappointed me. It's instantaneous when you take my money from me but to get it back takes 3-5 business days? I've banked with twinstar for a long time and this is the first time I've been dissatisfied with them. But the dissatisfaction is great on this occasion.

You destroyed your web site. No more easy to pay. No more confidence in automatic payments. You cannot even show truthful information about how much is due and when. You no longer show on loan payment screen how much the next payment is. ALL of my complaints start with 'TWINSTAR CREDIT UNION NO LONGER OFFERS _____ HELPFUL FEATURE ON THEIR WEB SITE.' More fees. More trouble. More big business harming their customers.
