  My father, age 95 banks here. Staff have been patient and helpful during multiple times when I have driven him there to see to his business. He is now locked in his Assisted Living due to Covid-19, and the staff have continued to help me with related issues.

  Staff is rude. Deposited thru ATM and the ATM took the cash and didn't deposit, waited two weeks for my deposit. Staff was horrible to deal with.

  Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone when trying to get assistance with fees assessed. The lady began telling me why I obtained the fees because I feel below the qualifications and that she would someone contact me back. I asked her to please explain where I feel below because based on the documentation I have and online, the qualification we’re met. She would not answer my questions. I asked in the future to please only answer questions that she is qualified or able to answer and to not give information that she is not comfortable with. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Not helpful what so ever.
