      Megan (teller) is AMAZING! I went in to take care of some possible fraud on my account, and all of the personal bankers were busy. Megan promptly addressed and took care of the issue - no need to even sit down with a banker. She was quick, efficient, caring and understanding. It is employees like these who make all the difference!

      How hard could it possibly be to update my phone number. Staff is friendly but come on it’s gotta be like 3 clicks max. Hopefully 3rd times the charm!

To get started, log into online banking and follow these steps: At the top of the page, select Customer Service and choose My Profile. Select the information you'd like to change and follow the subsequent steps to complete the update. U.S. Bank Mobile App steps: To make an update in the mobile app, open the menu in the upper left of the page, then select the gear icon near the top.
