When I first made a joint account here I was 15 and they were the only bank that would let a 15 year old have a checking account. They have had great customer service and just gave an overall great experience.

I feel the customer serve was disrespectful and lack of professionalism...pretty rude honestly. That’s was my walk in experience. Very different from Gahanna experience.
