  Terrible service. I went to there drive-through ATM to withdraw money, there ATM withdrew my money and asked me to take my card but did not push my card out enough to be able to grab it. I tried to pinch it with my nails and it ate my card along with the $100 dollars it withdrew. I went inside, waiting for 5 minutes while the 2 employees were somewhere in the back, politely explained my situation in hopes they could help rightfully return me my card and my money. They told me they couldn't help me and that I'd have to get a new card. As far as my money they said there is nothing they can do about it. Extremely inconvenient, set me $105 dollars back, and still haven't received the supposed "$100" automatic deposit after the withdrawal listed on my spending history. I'm certain other U.S Bank locations have a better rating for a reason, they help their customers.
