Poor customer service Snotty and impolite. Customer wrote me a check I took it to his bank and they charge me seven dollars Because I don’t have account with them but customer does

I deposited my work check in the atm along with cash and I called to let them know that it wasn't showing on my receipt but it took my check and my cash and their saying it could take up to 10 days for me to receive my money I'm very disappointed I been with this bank 9 plus years nothing but a disappointment.
