  Unacceptable service today. I went in for a Cashiers check on my lunch break. Spent 30 minutes waiting for teller to figure out how to do it. Then two hours later get a call to come back to branch because the check is invalid. I leave work a second time and when I arrive at the branch they really expected me to wait until they found the Tellers mistake in order to issue me another check. I asked the manager to just issue me a refund and I would visit another branch although I should just move my money to another bank. What a waste of time...

  So banks are an essential business. Or at least I would think. My local US bank is closed so I came here from work, very important to me to get in and out on my lunch. The manager was talking to a customer holding up the line then the teller starts talking to him about personal issues. So here I wait...... very unprofessional... the other teller is slow as slow can be.....
