      I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, branch manager doesn't listen to you and instead pushes services you don't need, the only "convenient" portion of it is the drive trough, and even then the people working it seem to be as incompetent as the ones inside. Case in point, they said I had to wait until my holds cleared to close my account, go withdraw my money, and then close my account. Then inside it was a completely different story, and had to wait THREE more days for a, withdrawal to clear (which in itself is ridiculous) before I could close the account. Move over to ENT if you live in Colorado... No ridiculous fees, and great customer service, unlike US Bank.
