      Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service...!!! I wish I could remember the name of the two ladies who "helped" me there on separate occasions, but it was litterally one of the worst experiences I have ever had... I was made to feel like I was a complete waste of life and a worthless inconvenience of the highest accord... I will NEVER return to this branch and was very close to closing my account and switching banks all together because of the way this place treated me; luckily the branch on East Cypress inside of Safeway, next to Lowes, had the most AMAZING employees ever, who are willing to, and do, go the extra mile in order to ensure a pleasurable, speedy, professional, and all around positive experience... Thank you to all of the amazing ladies at this branch inside of Safeway, you are truly AMAZING...!!! And to the "workers" at the Pine St branch, you should be ashamed of yourselves...!!! This branch needs a thorough "cleaning of house" to weed out all of the horrible individuals who have created an environment which I will NEVER again return to...
