      This branch in particular, has a very efficient and friendly team: both tellers and managers, each visit I made, they are always very helpful and give excellent customer service. I recommend.

      Is US Bank vacating the building on Barstow Street? I have heard nothing about why it closed over a year ago. I have hated having to use the drive-up on Farwell Street. There is a young lady teller that works there, that has always been very rude to me. I miss going into the lobby. The tellers that worked there were friendly. Not like the mean young lady that works in the drive up on Farwell.

      Call to start a home loan. Week later finally received a call back.... At the end of a business day/week to boot.... Avoid like you would the politicians virus
