Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Watched these guys go above and beyond for their customers. Many bankers are stuffy and uptight, you won't find that here. They were even nice to me and I was there to install wifi. They didn't have to be nice to me but they were, so I bet they are even nicer to customers.

Ridiculous that they don’t open till 9:30am. Other banks are usually open 8am 8:30am. Update: Their business hours are incredibly inconvenient, not being open at least on a Saturday is inconvenient, and nobody answering their phones is inconvenient. This is the most inconvenient bank that you could ever bank at.

They need to update hours both online at at the actual building. I went by 3 different times to try and add money to my account to get me out of the negatives and all 3 times they were closed, including the ATM.
