      Sherry Connor☹️ obviously did not want OUR business. As a CURRENT US Bank customer with a perfect payment record and excellent credit, I was merely tolerated by Ms. Connor as we pursued re-financing to take advantage of the lower interest rates and work on another project. I don’t know why. Was it the fact that it was a VA loan and proceeds would be less? Something else? Ms. Connor initially told us that on a VA cash-out the LTV is 80%. She later changed the story and said the “Max LTV Cash-out on a primary is 70% so I am not sure if we can pull enough cash” for what we were planning to do. I could not find anything to support that statement. In addition to the dismissive attitude when I contacted her, that blatant lie convinced us to go elsewhere. Thanks to Ms. Connor, US Bank lost a customer with a perfect repayment record for the entire 3+ years that we were with them. We have moved on and the re-finance process with the other lender went off without a hitch. We succeeded in getting 4x MORE in our cash out than what Ms. Connor can said she could ONLY do.
