Phuc Lovan was fantastic when we were refinancing our home! Every time we called or text him with questions that we had he was always there to answer and help us out. Definitely recommend going through Phuc as USBank on Mormon trek.

When calling this location had the worst customer service and to be told after a series of 50 questions and told theres nothing he can do... Dont bank here you dont even deserve one star ...I'll be changing soon as possible...

I'm really not liking the new location because it's so inconvenient to get there and we have to literally go all the way over there if we want to take money out,I liked how we could use atms to get money out in multiple locations but it's more difficult now and almost every time I call I can't get ahold of someone if I want to talk to them about my bank account.
