  Marie and team are absolutely amazing! I have bought 2 homes and refinanced 2 times as well. I will always continue to go to Marie for all my needs. She has helped my husband and I in so many ways beyond just getting our home loan. She has taught us about debt, savings and smart financial decisions. She genuinely cares about what happens to you. She is and will always be our go to! We can't tell you enough how thankful we are to have you, Marie, in our corner!

  Nothing to say but the best for Marie and her team. The entire process from application to closing was smooth and the experience was was excellent. The team has always been there to accommodate questions, concerns, and Marie herself responds even late at night. We had some challenges finding a home given the market and Marie has always been there advocating and empowering us. She never gave up on our long journey of home buying and we finally closed in early May. Her team - Joey, Petra, and Louise - all work collaboratively to meet our needs. One of the best things with Marie is how close she works with our agent, which really was the gamechanger. We were all on the same page. She was willing to speak to the seller's agent as well to strengthen our position. The experience was very personal for our needs and their team felt like one big family. I highly recommend Marie and her team for anyone looking for a lender. Thank you Marie, Petra, Joey, and Louise!

Marie is a brilliant and highly experienced Mortgage Planner (and CPA) , with decades of success in helping hopeful buyers. She works tirelessly and welcomes each challenge with impeccable attention to the details. Marie helped us look good to the underwriter and got a difficult loan approved. As we encountered multiple roadblocks during our month of closing, Marie and her team, with hard work and persistence, were able to overcome them all, which led to the, much appreciated, success in our purchase.
