      Worse customer service at a bank ever. Told me I don’t have an account with them which is a lie. I’ve had an account with them since I was 17 years old. Told me they won’t cash a US Bank check. Check is from my work. Never had an issue cashing a check at any location including that one. Will no longer go to that location even though that is the closest one to me

      Went into branch at 2:40 on Sunday to open a business account a girl working told me they closed in 15 minutes and it wasn't enough time and I could come back tomorrow between 10-4 well that doesn't work for me I work from 8 to 530 extremely poor service I am a us Bank customer for over 20 years so my business will be going to ICCU
