  I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I had a horrible experience with this bank and I have still not heard back from the General manager as I requested. It has been over 3 months and I have not heard from anyone at US Bank. The service that I was encouraged to take advantage of by one of the Tellers (who was actually very nice) caused me more problems than it was worth - which I did not need it to begin with. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and did not take responsibility. I am still very upset…

  Terrible customer service. They refuse to give change. I used their ATM and had to pay a fee and when I needed to change the bills, they refused to do it because I didn't have an account with them. People need to stop doing business with banks that do this to people because it is not a federal regulation. It's their own way of luring you in and forcing you to do business with them. Absolutely terrible
