      Becky misplaced one of my bank deposit checks. So created an overdraft. It took an internal audit to show I did drop off 4 checks, not three. It was quite the đź’©show. I'll never do business at this US Bank branch again.

      The branch manager Melissa is absolutely no help at all. The bank is holding my funds and when I call they tell me a branch manager is the only one who can help but she says she can’t do anything. I feel discriminated upon and the lack of professionalism is unreal. No other bankers have any answers for me as it seems Melissa told them to not interact with me.
