      Worst manager Erin Vacha.tried to get a loan. met in person and discussed it with her thinking she explained everything correctly which is not the case..few days later i called her with issues and she says totally different things then in person. She's not good at explaining everything and make customer understand all terms bank uses considering loans.i do not recommend her to do any business with her and this particular location.

      I have checking accounts. and I wanted to add a savings account. No one wanted to help me. They tried to say we could make an "appointment" and I was like well that's fine. But is there any reason we couldn't do this now since I already have an account? And they said "no". So I had to twist their arm to help me. And the lady asked me which kind of savings account I wanted..I asked what the different options were. She didn't really know. I asked about how the interest tiers worked. No one could really explain it. I'm very frustrated. I'm investing money with you. I don't think it's out of line to want to have someone who wants to help me plan my financial future and is knowledgeable in savings accounts.
