      US Bank Mariemont Location Stacey, a teller at the end of what I'm sure had been a long day, was wonderfully professional, helpful and empathetic. I called the Wooster Pike location following a frustrating interaction at another US Bank location. I needed directions to her location and assurance that she would wait for me to get there, even though there was a better-then-good chance I would be a 'one minute before closing' customer that day. She encouraged me to "head her way and drive safe" further letting me know she would be looking for me to arrive- I must admit I felt like her most important customer that day! She even went the extra mile to let me know she would call me immediately if their system went down while I was on my way. I arrived safely, was able to complete my transaction and left with a smile on my face and determination to give her a positive shout-out. SO HERE IT IS, STACEY- THANK YOU, YA DONE GOOD!
