  I dont normally do this but after the experience I just had I feel I have to. I called the us bank branch off of 37th and topeka blvd feeling kinda stressed due to me having a mortgage and virtually no way to pay it atm. Jordan is who i had the pleasure of talking too. He was kind, professional, and honest. He recommended phone numbers to call, different routes I could go finantally and guided me with step by step instructions to help and he stayed after hours just to help people like me. It is so hard to find great customer service these days, especially during a catastrophe. I would recommend this bank to everyone. I am a very satisfied costemer.

  I've never had so much trouble trying to open an account. Short staffed so no appointments available.

  1 star for the most inaccessible bank on the planet. I wish I could comment on the customer service but unfortunately, they chose to be only be open during the most inconvenient hours of the week. Not only do they close at 3pm with the drive-thru closing at 4, but they also had the audacity to be open for only a few hours on Saturday and CLOSED on Sunday AND Monday for no reason. With the average person getting to work before they open, and getting off way AFTER they open, I just want to know who in their right mind thought that these hours made any sense at all. Cancelling my account as soon as I can actually salvage the time of day to get there on time.

We observe all Federal Holidays and Monday was Columbus Day/Indigenous People’s Day. Keep in mind you are able to complete most banking transactions online, through the app and at the ATM.
