  When you walk into this branch you may have the feeling that you're in China. They seem to prefer the Chinese language here instead of English. So, if you speak English, you'd be SOL. But that's not surprising since Arcadia itself has been taken over by the Chinese. It's difficult to conduct banking business at this branch if you don't speak Chinese! On top of all that, the bankers, the tellers, and the managers are all too incompetent to earn my trust or my business! Customer service here is an classic example of what a failing business may look like. They can only go in one direction: down! And that's where the entire US Bank is heading, joining the fate of Sears, Circuit City, and Washington Mutual.

  Terrible customer service my acc was closed with fraud. I asked them when I can get my account closed and receive the check. Ignore me

  This us bank customer not give good service I’m open new account I’m make appointment 2 time And appointment she tell me I’m not opne your account I She don’t give reason why not opne my account so my Experience very bad service does a US Bank without any reason she don’t open my account
