      I have banked with us bank for over 20 years. I tried to deposit a check that required my husband's signature but for personal reasons he couldn't sign it, and the bank manager treated me dismissively and rudely and wouldn't even discuss options with me, just shooed me along. So I have a check I can't deposit and don't know what to do with - not my fault my husband is unable to sign. I'll have to call the national number to figure out what to do, or try to get the check reprinted. Super unhelpful and rude when they didn't need to be, she could have at least explained what i needed to do to get it deposited. 0/10.
