  Laurenn's experience and knowledge put her at the top in her field. With such an impressive skill set, and having your best interest at heart, she will do everything within her power to get you to closing! Without a doubt I would highly recommend her for all your mortgage needs.

  Worst experience buying a house yet. Do NOT recommend. My fiance and myself got pre approved back in late January, early February time. They requested some tax returns and other paperwork as usual which we got to them within a week. We found a house we loved and was way under our approval amount and by way under I mean $65k under. We got an agreed contract for the purchase of new house. 2-3months later we finally sold our old house and set closing date for both homes so we could move from one to the other smoothly. 2 days before we close Laurenn calls and says they can't give us the loan anymore because we failed to mention the expenses we had with our livestock. Everything was in our tax returns and paperwork that she has had for months, problem was that she had just decided to pick up the papers and go through them. We asked for a resolution and her options were pay off a truck or commit mortgage fraud by saying we would not be taking our livestock, which we knew we were going to. This being said do not use this mortgage department. They cost us almost $15k in expenses from renting a camper, storage units, field leasing, rv parking, pet boarding and the list goes on. We went with a different bank that worked on a Sunday for us. New bank had no issues at all with anything and said we still could have spent more.
