Borrowing any amount of money can be a scary experience....especially so when it is for a house and at todays prices it is more than scary. That is when one needs to ensure they have the right person and institution to guide you thru the experience.....because that is what it is..an experience that can turn out "good or bad". Enter Sarah Beezley and US Bank for the good experience. We have worked with Sarah for greater than 20 years. This is the 4th home we have financed thru Sarah and it is comforting to know she is in lock step with you thru the entire process. Crystal clear as to her expectations of me as the borrower and what she (US BANK), as the lender, will provide me in terms of support. Extremely creative with her suggestions as how to structure the loan that is best for my family where we are in life. Great communicator, very knowledgeable, responsive and most of all someone that will put one's anxieties to rest. We will continue to work with Sarah and her team as one would be hard-pressed to find anyone better.
